Radish and yogurt dip / Tartinade aux radis roses et yaourt
Refreshing little spread or dip, made in 5 minutes. Just a bit of a change in the use of the cute little pink root vegetable. Have it with with raw veggie sticks or just spread on good crusty bread, with a side salad.
4 radishes
2 tbsp yogurt
salt and pepper
fresh herbs if you want (cilantro, parsley, chives...)
Grate finely the radish, and mix it with the yogurt. Season to taste, and that's done!
Ingrédients
4 radis
2 c.a.s de yaourt
sel et poivre
Herbes fraiches si vous le souhaitez (coriandre, persil, ciboulette...)
Râper finement les radis, mélanger avec le yaourt et assaisonner. Fini!!
